Completed At

event.completed_at

Returns the date the event was completed.

Contact

event.customer

Returns the contact associated with the event. The object returned is a contact object and must be used in combination with any of the contact attributes, as in the example below. See our Contact (Custom Templates) article for a full list of available attributes.

event.created_at

Returns the date the event was created.

Description

event.name

Returns the description of the event.


Employees

Returns true if a notification has been sent to the assigned employee.
